Peer group sessions create a safe space for individuals facing common challenges to explore their difficulties and find tangible solutions. These sessions are essential for fostering mental well-being, emotional support, and personal growth, allowing participants to share experiences, gain insights, and receive guidance on various life challenges.
Each month, we invite individuals from different peer groups to discuss critical mental health issues. For example, the Women and Mental Health Talk series covers topics such as pregnancy, postpartum depression, motherhood, career challenges, and menopause. While the primary focus may be on a specific gender, these sessions are open to all to promote collective understanding, compassion, and healing within couples, families, and communities.
We offer both closed and open group sessions, available in-person and virtually.
